A highly respected academician and educational leader, Mr. Pradipta Kumar Nayak brings over 35 years of distinguished experience in teaching, mentoring, and academic administration. Known for his calm demeanor, deep subject knowledge, and student-first mindset, he currently serves as Faculty for Mathematics & Reasoning and Academic Head at our institution.

Mr. Nayak specializes in making Mathematics and Reasoning accessible and enjoyable through structured explanation, conceptual clarity, and relevant real-world applications. His sessions are known for simplifying even the most challenging problems, empowering students to think logically and develop lasting understanding.

Having served as Principal and Academic Head in renowned DAV institutions across Odisha and Uttar Pradesh, he brings unmatched maturity, vision, and guidance. Currently, he also continues to serve as a guest faculty in reputed institutions, guiding +2 Science students.

With a background in Electrical Engineering and over three years of teaching experience, Jnana Ranjan Panda brings both academic strength and leadership to our institute. A self-study-driven mentor, he has guided aspirants for exams like OPSC ASO, OSSC, GATE, and more. His greatest strength—patience—enables him to turn average Grade 4 or 5 students into confident problem solvers tackling Grade 8-level math. As our Training Coordinator, he also fosters a positive, collaborative environment among teachers, making him a pillar of both student growth and team harmony.
