HOW TO JOIN FOREST GUARD

Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality: Indian Citizen

Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th pass from a recognized board

Physical Standards:

Height and chest measurements vary based on state and category

Candidates must be physically fit and active

Language Proficiency: Local language knowledge may be required depending on state guidelines

Age Limit:

Minimum Age: 18 years

Maximum Age: 32 years (may vary by state)

Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories as per state norms

Selection Procedure:

Written Examination – Based on General Knowledge, Basic Math, Reasoning, and Environmental Studies

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – Running, walking, and physical endurance tasks

Physical Standards Test (PST) – Height, weight, and chest measurement
